I went in to get my oil change this morning and that was successful initially, then when I recieved the car after it was washed and "cleaned" the doors and inside of the car had red fuzz all over (front and back). Including strings of the cloth. From the red microfiber cloth the gentleman was using at the entrance of the car wash. I called and the nice lady had me come in to have them fix the poor service. This gentleman with curly blonde hair that was cleaning the vehicles today, ran it out to the front side of the building and nothing had been touched. I was upset. It was lightly vacuumed but they missed a majority of the inside of the back cargo area also. This has been the worst service I've ever had from them. Other then today 10/10 typically. He asked me if I wanted it run through the car wash after that and I said, "I'd love to since he was going the process over and it was going that way anyways so he wouldn't have to back out since there's no way to safely back out of the car wash. I said I thought it would be wise decision". My vehicle feels half satisfactory. Ive always had great experiences until today. (1 of 2). 2 of 2 Huge Shout out to Luis for coming to save th

You have a 50/50 shot whether you will get a quality cleaning or not. I have been 4 or 5 times and pay for the full royal cleaning. The first two times I went and got the Royal Cleaning for $35 the results were very good. However the last two times I paid for the Royal Cleaning the interior received very little to vacuuming. Cup holders weren’t done, seats still had debris in them, and some of the seats weren’t even wiped clean. I k is it’s hard to find good staff but at this point it’s no loner worth the cost for such poor results.

I have come to Clearwater Car Wash many of times and have always been really happy with the results. I love that they clean the interior mats! I went on 3/22/26 prior to a road trip and was so disappointed with the interior clean. Unfortunately I went home and re-cleaned the inside of our vehicle. I spent $40 for an exterior and interior clean and it was not worth it.

Took both vehicles for oil change and car wash. Employees are working their butts off with the recent stint of 40deg + February weather. Done well and done quickly.

Disappointing Interior Clean I had high hopes for this car wash, but I left pretty underwhelmed. The exterior wash was decent — my car looked shiny from the outside — but the interior cleaning was really lacking. There was still dust on the dashboard, crumbs in the cup holders, and the floor mats barely looked touched. For the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough job. Staff was polite, but the service just didn’t deliver. Won’t be returning unless the interior cleaning improves significantly.
